ATDI offers its users the Technical Systems Bulletin-88 (TSB-88) compression of the USGS National Land Cover Database 2001’s
40+ clutter categories. HTZ warfare includes a TSB-88 setting that automatically calibrates the attenuations associated to
each clutter category per TSB-88 specific to Land Mobile Radio technology.
