February 2008 - DOI-USDA Joint Radio Workshop
ATDI presented two technical tracks at the DOI/USDA Radio Workshop at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas the 5th-6th of February, 2008.
The technical tracks focused on modeling Land Mobile Radio systems and the Advanced Wireless Spectrum Relocation effort with ATDI's flagship modeling platform, HTZ warfare and ICS map server.

December 2007 - USGS Terrain Download
The US Geological Survey has terminated its agreements for the distribution of SDTS digital terrain models
with industry partners, including ATDI. We will no longer support SDTS free distribution on our web site. ATDI continues to distribute USGS
terrain datasets to its customers. For free USGS downloads, please visit

July 2007 - ATDI Publishes a Catalog of High Resolution Cartographic Datasets
ATDI’s GIS department possesses the unique capabilities necessary to produce sub-meter resolution digital terrain models and building databases from stereoscopic imagery sources, radar produced digital surface models, or conversion of existing vector databases to ATDI’s proprietary format. ATDI clientele will now have the ability to browse ATDI’s GIS archives and acquire over 28 cities in 1-5m resolution as off-the-shelf products. The catalog is currently being populated with input from all ATDI offices internationally and will soon offer building databases for areas all over the world.

May 2007 - Converting ICS Telecom Results to Popular Formats
All calculations in ICS telecom are performed over three dimensional, metrically projected, raster workspaces. The visual output of ICS telecom’s calculations displayed over the map interface is also a metrically projected raster grid of values. These raster result grids can be output to a variety formats compatible with popular GIS tools such as MapInfo, ESRI products and Google Earth. This document will review how this is possible either directly through ICS telecom’s vectorization features, or through ICS map server’s dedicated features for projecting the grids so they can be loaded directly onto the exact geographic location in Google Earth.
